COME WORK WITH THE BREW CREW
We have a number of new roles!
Are you a good fit?
Content Creator
(Permanent Part-Time)
3–4 days per week | Hybrid (Alexandria, Sydney + remote)
We’re looking for a junior–mid weight Content Creator to join us part-time, working across Instagram, TikTok, paid ads, and YouTube. You’ll be turning captured footage and images into work that feels intentional, well-crafted, and native to the platforms it lives on.
You’ll spend most of your time editing, but also are confident and creative with a video and stills camera.
This is a hybrid role: some days in our Alexandria studio, some days wherever you do your best thinking.
What You’ll Be Doing
Editing (the main event)
Editing short-form video for Instagram, TikTok, and paid ads
Editing longer-form video for YouTube and brand pieces
Colour correcting, sound balancing, tightening pacing, making things feel right
Occasional editing stills for social, web, and campaigns.
Resizing, reformatting, and reworking content across 9:16, 1:1, and 16:9
Adding captions, text, and light motion where appropriate (no explosions… probably)
Occasional Shooting (nice, not necessary)
Capturing video or stills when required
Producing and shooting smaller content captures
Production assisting on shoots
Studio Life
Working from briefs, brand guides, and loose creative ideas
Managing your own edits, revisions, and deadlines
Keeping files tidy and workflows sane
Talking to real humans about creative work, respectfully and honestly
Tools of the Trade
You’re comfortable with:
POST PRODUCTION
Davinci Resolve and/or Premiere Pro
Adobe Lightroom
Not required but bonus:
DaVinci Resolve Colour
Fairlight
Adobe Photoshop
Fusion/After Effects
PRODUCTION
Basic knowledge of video cameras
i.e. how to expose, frame and capture a good shot
Not required but bonus:
Experience with lighting equipment (flash or continuous)
You don’t need to know everything. You do need to know enough to not panic.
You Might Be a Good Fit If You…
Have a love of editing stories big and small
Care about rhythm, tone, and restraint
Have experience in content capture or a keenness to learn
Understand that “social” doesn’t mean “sloppy”
Can take feedback without collapsing or combusting
Are organised enough to meet deadlines, flexible enough to adapt
Want a long-term, part-time role rather than a chaotic freelance scramble
The Practical Stuff
Permanent part-time role (3–4 days per week)
Potential to move to full time
Hybrid: Alexandria studio + remote
Junior–mid weight level
Start date: soon-ish

We care far more about how your work feels than how long you’ve been doing it.
Always-On Social Media Coordinator
(Permanent Part-Time)
3–4 days per week | Hybrid (Alexandria, Sydney + remote)
We’re looking for a creative, organised, and culturally switched-on Content & Social Coordinator to support the planning, creation, and management of social content across a portfolio of brands and events.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and community. You’ll collaborate closely with Brewcasa’s internal team and clients to ideate content, execute fast-turnaround social assets, manage always-on social channels, and report on performance. The work spans multiple accounts, each with its own tone, audience, and objectives, so adaptability and attention to detail are essential.
You’ll be comfortable working with trends without being ruled by them, confident writing for different brand voices, and capable of keeping social channels active, responsive, and relevant. While the role includes light content creation and editing, its core focus is coordination, ideation, and day-to-day social delivery.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Content Consultation & Ideation
Collaborate with Brewcasa and its clients to plan and develop content strategies.
Stay informed on industry trends to drive innovative content ideas.
Minor Content Creation
Create short-form video content (e.g., reels, TikToks) using trends and pre-existing assets.
Edit videos using tools like CapCut, Premiere, or Resolve programs.
Copywriting
Write engaging, on-brand copy for social media posts.
Adapt tone and messaging to align with each brand’s voice.
Socials Scheduling
Develop and manage a social media content calendar.
Ensure timely posting of assets for optimal engagement.
Always-On Community Management
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and queries on all platforms.
Reshare tagged content and foster community interaction.
Escalate complex queries as needed.
Monthly Reporting
Generate post-campaign reports to track engagement and audience growth.
Leverage insights to optimize future strategies.
Note: These responsibilities will apply to multiple accounts and brands managed by Brewcasa.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Successful implementation of strategies to increase likes, comments, shares, and follower growth per quarter.
Consistent delivery of planned posts.
Respond to comments and DMs within 24 hours.
Actively resharing of tagged posts/stories.
Successful integration of new trends into reels/TikToks.
Timely and comprehensive monthly reports with actionable insights.
Skills & Experience
Essential Skills:
Basic video editing skills and familiarity with tools like CapCut, Premiere, or Resolve.
Proficiency in copywriting tailored to different brand voices.
Solid understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) and trends.
Ability to manage engaged audiences and adapt to emerging trends quickly.
Organisational skills to manage multiple accounts and deadlines effectively.
Professionalism and excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions.
Desirable Skills:
Analytics-based reporting and implementation of strategies based on learnings.
Knowledge of paid media strategies and tools.
Familiarity with social media management platforms (e.g. Later, Hootsuite).
The Practical Stuff
Permanent part-time role (15hrs per week)
Potential to move to full time
Hybrid: 2 half days in Alexandria studio + remaining remote
Junior–mid weight level
Start date: soon-ish
You Might Be a Good Fit If…
You’re chronically online
You’re social-first, culturally aware, and know what works across TikTok and Instagram.
You can juggle multiple brands, tones, and deadlines without dropping the ball.
You’re confident writing sharp copy and editing short-form video quickly
You enjoy community engagement as much as content creation
You’re organised, proactive, and keen to grow in a fast-moving studio environment.
